Dan Mack | EVP Strategic Business Development

Dan Mack brings 25 years of strategic sales, business development, and national industry insights to his clients.  He is the EVP of Strategic Business Development for The Swanson Group (TSG) and Managing Director of Mack Elevation Forum, a strategic sales and consulting division of TSG that provides strategic advisory support, helping firms dramatically elevate their thinking, sales performance and industry alignment.

Dan served as the Vice President of Consumer Sales & Customer Marketing at DenTek Oral Care – Consumer Group which is a manufacturer of specialty oral care products supplied to retailers in the United States, Europe and a portion of Canada.  Dan was responsible for leading the customer development, customer marketing and category management processes within the organization.

Prior to DenTek, Dan was the Vice President of Consumer Sales at GOJO Industries Inc. – Consumer Group.  GOJO is a multi-million dollar diversified manufacturer of consumer and professional skin care products. Dan was recruited to lead customer development and category management and helped build PURELL into a category defining brand. While at GOJO, he developed and led a National Sales organization which helped grow the PURELL consumer business almost 4-fold over his 7-year tenure.

Dan started his career with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and held many leadership roles including National Manager of Sales Training and Divisional Sales Manager.  He developed and facilitated a number of business development and sales management training conferences for all levels of the field sales organization and has a unique blend of sales and customer marketing experiences with both large and small CPG companies.
